Ever have the enthusiasm for the day ahead to where you say ok, I'll get these things done tomorrow. I did more than enough today, tomorrow is another day. You go to bed and next morning you awake, and you just don't feel like yourself. You are taking a while to wake up, to get moving, you think a cup of coffee will help. You get yourself gathered, which probably just took you longer than you thought, make your coffee, sit and attempt to relax and be in the moment just to be flooded with thoughts of all you must do today.

Panic and overwhelm sets in as these thoughts parade your mind, all the while you're sitting there attempting to be at peace. The creative spark you had the day before is nowhere to be found. And YET you were supposed to have it today.

Has this ever happened to you? Something similar? I frequent this place often. Not so sure what to call it, but I just feel like I'm in a daze. Learning now it's all about Ebb and Flow.

Flow - what is that, and what is learning how to FLOW all about? I believe we have lived too long in a world under routine, should have's, could have's, do this, didn't do this, shame, guilt, judgement... instead of Allowing, granting permission, being at peace, giving yourself grace, patience, being in the NOW. To learn how to stop controlling and relax, and flow. What does that mean you ask?

Well, if you think about the ocean waves, how they roll or sometimes crash into the beach then as soon as they rolled in, the ocean collects its waves, and it all becomes one again. Then the momentum returns the waves to shore, and on and on it goes. This is how we are in life; this is our relationship to it. Once we begin to inner stand the relationship, the constant change, the ebb and flows that will continuously occur is when you can then learn to move with it, instead of against it.

In the next part of the series, we will discuss how moving with flow occurs and what this looks like.

Until then, love your life where you are at.
